I am using Windows 98, Office 2000. Why is it when I have
Word set as my email editor that a line appears under my
email signaturel line, but if Word is not set as the
editor and the signature line is set in Outlook, the line
does not appear. Below is an example of what I mean.

What is that line about? Help, it is driving me nuts!

WordMail uses a different signature from the built-in Outlook editor. Sounds like you have some test in it that you don't need. You can change it in Word in Tools | Options | General | E-mail Options. See http://www.slipstick.com/wordmail/sig.htm#ol2000 for more information.

You are using "Plain Text" for your message format, change this to Rich
Text, or HTML and that will get rid of the line.

You can do this by clicking Tools/Options/Mail Format and then under Message
format, click on the arrow in the drop down menu and make a new selection.

let me know how it goes.
