Signature disappears every day

I am using Outlook 2003 SP2 and have set my signature so that it is included
in all new email's.

Each day when I log into Outlook, it has turned off. I have to go into
Tools/Options/mail Format and choose my signature, then Apply.

How can I get it to keep the signature 'on'? Thanks!

Are you in a corporate environment with roaming profiles? (ask your admin if
you don't know).
Does the outlook.exe process nicely stops when closing Outlook?

Our company has the same problem with alot of clients, We're not running with
a roaming profile to the server, and our outlook.exe process stops when
closing, what can it be?

Hard to tell with this level of configuration detail.
