Are you referring to Internet connection? Are you using dial-up,
DSL or Cable? With the little info you provided, a proper response
would be very limited.

The speed on dial-up has many variances. The phone lines may be
very bussy or your connection is bad. But, it primarily depends on your
ISP (Internet Service Provider). You can give them a call and they can
check your lines or contact your phone company to check the lines.
The other alternative would be to change to highspeed by using DSL
or Cable.
