Sign-on Password

I purchased a PC from a business going out of business.
They used this PC on a network. There is a initial sign-
on screen to open Windows. The Administrator password has
been changed as well. How do I override or bypass this
password?

The easy way would be to contact the place where you purchased it from and
ask them for the Administrator password. The no so easy way would be to try
to crack it using programs out on the web. Your third option could be to
reinstall the OS.
