Sightspeed and text messaging

I have a frames page that uses "Sightspeed" for video and audio chat - works
great except - the text messaging feature. Visitors on the website (if they
can't or don't want to use the video and audio) can text message.

Problem: They can see their text question - but not my response UNLESS they
keep hitting the SEND button.

How is this related to using FP? You need to contact the authors of Sightspeed.
