Sidefind and Coolwebsearch-undetected with Beta?

MS Beta did not detect these two spyware on my computer
and I don't know how to get rid of them. Another program
I used detected and said it removed them - but when I run
the program again it finds them again. A red box keeps
popping up with a window saying that my computer could be
infected - it is! help!
