Sidebar Contacts - adding contacts from outlook 2007

Is there a way to add some of my contacts from outlook 2007 to the sidebar
contacts that comes with Vista?

All I added 1 contact to the sidebar contact and it won't let me add
another. How do I do this as well?

Might ask in the Outlook newsgroup, get a quicker answer there, this igroup
is for the Windows Mail program not a gereral Windows mail newsgroup. Stupid
name I know but the other option is Microsoft Windows Vista Mail.
