Hi borje,
If you have added any new hardware since the problem started,
disconnect the hardware, and test the joystick. Even if you have
or have not installed any new hardware, unplug the joystick, then
restart your computer and plug in the joystick again.
If the problem persists...
Since that problem just started happening recently, try a System Restore.
