If the joystick was purchased recently you can return it to your point of
purchase.
If the joystick is out it's time period where you can return it to your
point of purchase and if it's still under warranty then call Microsoft
Technical Support and see if they can diagnose your problem.
The warranty and techical support phone number can be located in either the
product manual or in the Help file installed by the SideWinder software.
