Side menu

[TwoerWatch]

I had a side menu in a table by itself and I deleted it
now I cannot figure out how to get it back. I want to
have a menu on the side and the top and I want to be able
to have information beside the side menu but I cannot
seem to be able to do that without putting the menu bars
in a table how do I get it back?

Make a table with 1 row and 2 columns.
Place the menu in the left cell and the content in the right cell.
