Side Fan, blowing in or out?

I have one fan at the front blowing in, two in the back blowing out (one is
power supply fan) and right now I have the side fan blowing in. Should it
be blowing out?

I have mine set up blowing in. I also use short cardboard tubes to direct
the air from the side fan over the cpu fan, which is also blowing down on
the heatsink. I figure cool air in a once over pattern is better than
recirculating warm case air for the cpu.
