Side by Side Stacked Chart

I am trying to create a stacked bar chart that compares 2003 vs 200
data by person. How do I get the 2003 and 2004 stacked columns for eac
person on the X axis next to each other
 
Hi Nan,

A little confused by your question subject and the data described.
There doesn't appear to be another data to required the side by side stack.

So here is how to make a simple stack.
You need to lay your data out in 3 columns.

2003 2004
Person_A 1 2
Person_B 2 3
Person_C 3 4
Person_D 4 5


Hightlight the data and use the chart wizard to create a stacked column
chart.

If you stagger your data, you can create side-by-side stacked columns.
