and how do i get rid of it?

Sounds like you may need an ad aware program.......Ad-Aware and Spybot
Search and Destroy are both good to use.......They are free to use.

I think you may have a *rouge* cookie in your cookies folder.
To be sure to get rid of them go to
documents and settings-open your user folder-open cookies-select all-delete.
that should sort it out for you.

A "rouge" cookie would wear facial makeup, but would otherwise be harmless.

A "rogue" cookie, OTOH ... :D

Not a virus or spyware. It is a setting within Windows XP.

Go to your Control Panel > Internet Options > Content tab > AutoComplete
button, and then uncheck "web addresses" and you can also click the button
"clear forms".

Delete the cookies as I said..........
It worked for me, no problem.

I thought this was a Ng about XP help and support, not a spelling exam.
If you know so much about XP, why didn't you answer the posters question
earlier.
Your just a sad tosser, Piss-Off

Actually, I never claimed to know bugger-all about XP.

Don't get your knickers in a knot, mate. It wasn't meant as a personal
attack. It was merely an attempt at a little humor.

Point Taken, I apologise.
