Oh yea, thousands of programs. Not one of them works worth a shit. Ubuntu
is FREE and NOBODY wants it. That should tell you all you need to know
about that inferior OS that Alias has a hard-on for.

Alias is the Ubuntu Marketing Department. What a bunch of losers if Alias
is all they have! HA HA HA HA

I only need one copy of windows on a computer. Just like my car only has one
engine.

You misunderstood. With Ubuntu, you can install one copy on as many
computers as you like. With Winders, you can only install one copy on
one computer and need to BUY a license for each one. Is this too
complicated for you, boobie?

Bit narrow minded, no?

I use both Kubuntu and Vista. My Vista rig only gets used for gaming these
days, my Linux rig for everything else. Sure Linux isn't for everyone
(each to their own and use what fits your requirements best) but there are
millions of Linux users out there, saying no one wants it is just spreading
FUD. And I have a ton of useable, fully functional apps that work just as
well as the Windows alternative.

Although Alias shouldn't really be posting Linux stuff here, seeing as this
is a Vista group and all. Keep to the linux groups Alias.

The good folks over at the Linux groups have already heard of Ubuntu.
Many of the good folks here that are fighting with Vista problems have
not. Hence, my noble mission to help people discover Ubuntu and make the
Internet safer due to less Winders machines on the 'Net.

"Bill Yanaire" is our resident FUD spewer. Pay him no mind.
