G Guest Jan 12, 2004 #1 Windows xp is newly installed in this computer. It doesnt shut down by going to start and shut down. It starts but doenst shut off, you have to manually shut it off.

M MJ Jan 12, 2004 #4 for Office questions try the: Microsoft.public.office.misc newsgroup. You probably have an activation issue with OfficeXP. Did you get an answer? I have the same problem. Also my Office XP will not let me do Click to expand... anything.
