is my computer crashing and if so what can i do.
You've already posted this question elsewhere. As with that other post, you
haven't provided enough information for anyone to give you focused help.
One poster suggested you test your RAM, which is a good start, but
certainly other factors could cause the problem - overheating, other
failing hardware components. There is simply no way for us to know since
you included no information about your computer.
The First Question Of Troubleshooting: If the problem is new, what changed
between the time things worked and the time they didn't?

Testing hardware failures often involves swapping out suspected parts with
known-good parts. If you can't do the testing yourself and/or are
uncomfortable opening your computer, take the machine to a professional
computer repair shop (not your local equivalent of
BigComputerStore/GeekSquad). If possible, have all your data backed up
before you take the machine into a shop.
