Shutting down...

More often than not when I ask my machine to Shut Down, it restarts. After
this, then is will shut down the next time asked to.

Anyway to get the machine to Shut Down the first time ?

The option given calls for installing win2k on another drive and working with
various drivers. This seems like a lot of work for a minor problem.
