Shutdown

Im new to XP... so i was wondering.. Is it normal for me to see the task-manager- type windows forcing the apps to close when im shutting down windows? Also... one of these app appeared to be called "shouldnt see me"

Any ideas? I'm pretrty sure this hasnt always happened but i cant recall.
 
Have you ran your anti-virus lately? It sounds like you should.....
