I downloaded and installed service pac 3 for my Win2000
operating system and now my computer will not shutdown.
It says its saving my settings then Windows is shutting
down but the computer does not shut off like it use to
do. I am left with a computer running and a black screen
with the cursor blinking in the upper left corner. Any
help would be appreciated.
