Shutdown Windows 2000

Hi,
I need a command to Shutdown my Windows 2000.
Wasn't there something with a DLL?

Shutdown from the Resource Kit or (I believe) PSShutdown from
SysInternals.com can help.

There is also another fellow who posts here a lot and offers a free
shutdown tool on his web site - (Joe I think) -- just search google
for [ shutdown utility microsoft: ]
