Shutdown: What do double beeps mean?

Hi,

When I rebooted my computer earlier today I heard two sets of double
beeps (about 10 seconds between each set) during the shutdown process.

Can anyone tell me what they mean please? Also, is there any log (and
I'll need directions!) which might have a record of this?

If you don't have a users guide for your computer, contact the manufacturer or
search for beep meanings.

Okay - but I was hoping someone might recognize the problem and help!
