On all my Windows XP computers, when you hit Start, Turn
Off Computer, it opens a window with 3 icons to choose
from Standby, Turn off, and Restart. On my Laptop it
opens a window with a pull-down and you use it to choose
what you want to do. How do I change it to be the same?
