SHUTDOWN Utility

I use the shutdown utility to schedule the shutdown of workstations. This
utility shuts down the machine but not completely. It only brings the
machine to the screen with the display "It is now safe to turn off your
machne". Is there anyway to vercome this or shall I use another tool. Can
anyone suggest a similar tool? (free)

try this shutdown tool
to find what r the parameters use this help command "rm_down /?" (without
the quotes in dos).
