The computer shutdown unexpectedely and I couldn't turn it
on. It continued shutting down again and again, before the
windows session started. I reformat the computer thinking
this happened because of a virus and installed the Norton
ANtivirus. The antivirus didn't finished the scan because
the computer shutdown unexpectedly several times. I sent
the report error to microsoft, they suggested to fix it
downloading different tools. I did it and it looked fine,
but when I turned off the computer it stayed shutting down
forever. I reset, and today I turn it on, the antivirus
started the startup scan and it shutdown again. I sent the
report error to micosoft and they said that I need to
install the service pack. What shoul I do?? do I continue
downloading packs each time I had a problem?? What could
be the cause of these problems?
PLease give some orientation on how to fi this problem.
Thanks.

Take the computer to a service shop. You may have a problem with over
heating!
