Shutdown problem

Hi all I have a problem. My computer will not shutdown properly, all it does
is re-starts. Could this be a video driver problem?????

Hmmm... I seem to recall a problem like this, but alas neither the solution
nor cause are attatched to my recollection. :-P

Almost certainly not.

I would check your ACPI/APM settings.
