Shutdown Problem & Home Page Problem

Hi,

I go through the normal procedures to turn off the computer and it does shut down, but I come back a few hours later and some how it's turned itself back on again. At first I thought it was me thinking I'd shut down when I hadn't, but that doesn't seem to be the case.

The other problem I have is that my home page has been changed and I can't seem to change it back. I've gone into internet options, etc, etc and it changes it okay, but when you shut down and turn it back on again, it's back to the home page that I don't want. I've also gone in and restored the web setting, but that hasn't appeared to have worked either.

Any help would be great.

Check BIOS settings for various start up options...or have someone
experienced help you.

Install and run one or both of these. They can detect "intruders" and
will give you the option to remove them...

I have a problem shuting down and my windows XP doesnt start the same as before I really need help I realy dont want to manualy shut down my computer
