shutdown probelm

I shut my computer down. It's completely off for approximately 3-4 minutes
then turns back on. I'm sure i'm shutting down the computer.

I do not unplug the computer, simply shutdown.

Any Suggests?
 
Go to BIOS setup and check power options.
On some PC's there are options that allow system to be awaken by:
- Modem ring
- LAN wake up packet
- Keyboard activity
- Mouse activity
etc
