When my advanced server boots to the logon screen I've noticed that the
option to shutdown is greyed out. this is the first time I've noticed it,
it's there when in safe mode.
Can anyone advise
Hello Jeff, have tried or can you see if these settings are already set -
Start the Group Policy (Local) Microsoft Management Console (MMC) snap-in.
Double-click the following items to open them: Local Computer Policy, Computer Configuration, Windows Settings, Security Settings, Local Policies, Security Options.
Double-click Allow system to be shutdown without having to logon, and then change the local policy to Enabled.
Click OK.
The change takes effect when you restart the computer.
