Shutdown multiple computer from domain

Please help...
i was summit thi question at another group but can't solve..

I have < 1000 computer user at forest connected to the domain.is there anyway
to shutdown all computers using script (GPO startup/login Script) specified
at 08:00 PM ??
For information i using windows 2000 domain environment .

You could use at.exe and shutdown.exe from ResKit.
You could also have a look at WMI.
