Shutdown in 30 seconds flat!!!!!!!

My system all of a sudden without warning in 30 seconds
flat you have to get out of your programs you were in at
the time, and It states that the NT AUTHORITY SYSTEMS
remote procedure call is terminating us out of the system
then it shuts down, and restarts.
How or can this be avoided somehow?

It sound to my like you may have the Blaster worm virus.
You might want to have it checked out.
