hi all,
if i shutdown my windows via start menu and shutdown the
systems shutdowns properly (it also off the ATX power)
If i shutdown my computer via shutdown.exe command (comes
with w2k resource kit) the OS shutdowns but the atx power
remains on and at last a menu appers "Its know safe to
shutdwon your computer"
can anyone tell me how can i shutdwon my computer via a
command line utility.
