shutdown error

recently my windowsXP automaticaly shutdown itself
It closed all application and change into a blue screen
saying things like

"some problems occures and windows has to shut down to prevent
damage to you computer........
the error seems to cause by the file
win32k.sys
page_Fault_In_Nonpaged_Area
....
....
.......

begining dumping memory to disk "counting from 1 to 100"

after that , computer is restarted .

sometimes it says on the message "try to disable BIOS shadowing or
caching...
try to change video adapter..."

Does anyone know what's wrong with my computer?
this problem bothers me a lot , especically when I am the middle of work..
