shutdown and power off question

Hi All,

I have installed windows2000 prof. version. When the computer is shut down,
the power would not turn off automatically but just said "It is safe to turn
off the power" on the screen. My pc can shut down with power off when it is
under wins98.

Could anyone help me on this ?

Update MoBo drivers and edit Bios to full ACPI...
