Shut down restart

Every time i shut down my pc everything goes fine, i click Shut down (not
Restart) but as soon as it's finished shutting down and the tower power turns
off it turns itself back on again, and restarts. Eventually i just have to
hold down the power button until it stopts trying to turn itself back on.....
any ideas???
