Shut Down Problem

Hi

Every time i shut down windows i get an error message saying that a program has not finished closing and it is always Microsoft Outlook that is being shown as the program that has not been shut down even though it has been shut down. How can this be fixed

Are you saying that there is no way to fix this? And what are OL add ins? I think this is a problem and I'd like to fix it and not just let it go through this process every time I shut down. Maybe if you are not sure, you could direct me somewhere else where there could be more information on this specific problem.

There are numerous posts on MS OL ng's regarding this problem.
In OL Tools/Options/Other tab/Advanced Options shows com and addins. These
may be any software that integrates with OL eg spam software,Synch software
etc. If you have any of these check with vendor sites for updates.
Check OL is updated - Office Update site - try running Detect & Repair
If posting to an OL ng ensure you give OL version
