Shut down problem

Everytime when i shut down windows, i receive the following error message:

End Program - WMS Idle

End Program. Please wait

I need choose to end the program immediatelly to shut down.



What problems and i how to solve it?

If you Google WMS Idle , there are many hits ; have a look and see
which might help .

Do you have Nero Scout running on your machine feature?. If you do you can
remove it by following these steps by SDbot1;

Click Start--> Programs --> Nero(v7, v7 essentials, v8 ) --> Tools --> Nero
Scout.

This opens Nero Scout Options window.
On the left hand column, click Indexing --> Folders.
Then at the bottom click Clear All.
Then click Apply.
At the top left hand corner of the window uncheck the box where it says
Unable Nero Scout.
Then click Apply.
Then click OK.
