Shut down Problem

After shut down, my Vista starts again. But if I shut down before login,
there's no problem, works ok. I had no toolbar installed. What could be this
problem? If the cause is a new program installed, how can I know which is? I
disable almost all but the problem persists...

You can do cleanboot trouibleshooting in Vista, just as in XP to try to find
