Shut Down/Log Off Windows

We have remote users who access a dedicated front-end MDE file located on a
network server via Remote Desktop (dedicated for remote users). The problem
is that users will close the app, but not release the license by going
through the Start, Shut Down, Logoff process.

I already have a DoCmd.Quit command on the menu. Is there a way to also add
the Shut down/logoff process to the command?
