It means your Samsung Printer's software is having trouble ending when you
shutdown your computer for whatever reason.
It is suggested you uninstall the printer, reboot, check with the
manufacturer's web page (www.samsung.com for example) and download/install
the latest printer driver/software for your model of printer. Their
download center is here:
