Do a hard drive search for the file. If that's a file in a Nortons
folder, reinstall or remove Nortons software. If not, it might be malware.

I searched the hard drive and found nothing. I scanned w/Norton and all was
ok. If it's malware how can I get rid of it?

then click the Security check link.

There are other spyware programs that work well too.

Hey dusty,

I've had the same problem. I found two different CCSvcHst files in my Task
Manager and I figured something was up. I searched for the file in Windows
and they key is that you have to go to "advanced options" and choose "search
in hidden files and folders."

In addition to the Norton file, I found a second file in Windows/Prefetch. I
deleted this file (which was probably malware) and the problem's gone.

Hope this works for you!
