shrink my dvd for the web

i went skydiving and they gave me a dvd of it. i want to shrink the video for
the web, but not sure how to do that. I was thinking of importing into movie
maker and then saving to web? if so how do I import it since it have audio
folder and video folder. i also have nero express if that will help me get it
done.

any help would be great, thanks!
