Shrink image for editing

Probably so basic I can't see it for looking, but the editing option gives me
such a big picture I can only select bit by bit. How do I get an editable
screen size image to work with?

Possibly you are opening your image in MS Paint...
Does it say Paint in the upper left corner? Actually,
it's quite limited and not the best choice for editing
your images.

I would suggest that you purchase an image editing
program...then you can view and edit the full sized
images.

You may already have an editing progam installed...
go to...Start button / All Programs...and look for one.

If you do not have a digital image editing program...
