According to the case log, I understand you are using Outlook 2002 on Windows XP. You indicated that you want to show the End Times of the appointments after printed out. We will work through this case together. If I have misunderstood anything, please let me know.
To be straight Rich, by design we can only print out the Start Times of the appointments. Actually it is designed primarily to remind us the start time in order not to be late.
Of course what you are trying to realize is reasonable since the other day I was thinking of this, since we need to know the End Time. Therefore, I would like to provide the following workaround for you as to this be-design feature:
Since the subject of the appointment will be displayed after printed out, and we can modify the subject box, we may put the End Time in the subject line to make it printed out.
For example, we set this appointment as follows:
Subject: class
Location: 23.011
Start Time: Tue 10/28/2003, 10:00 AM
End Time: Tue 10/28/2003, 2:00 PM
Print Result: 10:00am class (23.011)
If we change the Subject to be: class (2:00pm), then the Print Result will be 10:00am class (2:00pm) (23.011).
Thus you will know the class will be ended at 2:00 PM.
Hope the information is helpful to address your concern. I am sorry for the inconvenience caused by this by-design feature of our products. We appreciate your understanding on this point.
I will forward your suggestion to our develop team so that they may improve this by an update patch to be released in the future.
