I need to save my presentation and submit for school with the viewer being
able to see the speaker notes. The only thing I am finding is to go to the
slide show menu and choose online broadcast. I do not have online broadcast
available to me. Any suggestions on how to save this are greatly appreciated.

Hi Dean

If the viewer opens the file in edit mode they will be able to see the
notes. Or you could save notes pages as a pdf and send that. Will that work
for you or am I misunderstanding the question? Please include your version
in your reply.

I think you are understanding better than I am. I am using 2003 version. I
am in an on-line course for college. I saved the power point and posted.
When opening the post it just opens as a slide show. Will my teacher
understand how to open in edit mode? Sounds like it would be safest to save
the notes as a PDF, how can I go about that? I really appreciate your help!

Hi Dean

If I was you I would contact the teacher and ask them how they want it
delivered explaining that there is pertinent information in the notes
section.

As to saving as a pdf do you have a pdf convertor? If you were using 2007
there is a free add-in you can use that I could give you instructions on,
but as you are using 2003 you will need a commercial product and I'm afraid
I have no experience with those. Someone else may be able to help though. As
an alternative, you could send to word (file -> send to -> ms word -> notes
pages) and then upload that.
