Showing Pictures on Websites

On some websites when a picture is supposed to load, a
box with a red x appears, how can i get the picture to
load?
 
Go to:
http://www.generation.net/~hleboeuf/ieimage.htm#IMAGEREDX
If you still can't fix it, then rename your HOSTS file to
OLDHOSTS and then reboot. This is the usual fix for the
red X problem.
To find the HOSTS file go to:
If you have Win 2K/Xp: C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc
Or if you have Win 98/ME: C:\WINDOWS
And make sure your computer is set to "Show Hidden Files
and Folders" under Folder Options.
