Showing only block time to people I share my Calendar with.

I got a request from one of my client to see if there is a way to
share a calendar with another user but only show them the blocked time
being unavailable instead of being able to see the text he puts in to
the event. Is there a way to do this? They run exchange server 6.5,
sp2. All of the clients are using Outlook 2003. Basically the deal
is that he in in HR and will put the event as something like, "Need to
talk with Sally about stealing money out of the till" or something
personal along those lines. He wants to share his calendar with some
other users to just show that he is unavailable for that time frame,
but he doesn't want those viewing the calendar to see the notes about
what he is doing. Thank you for any help.

Mark the events that should not be seen as "private".
