Showing envelope icon for only new mails in inbox

Is it possible to show the envelope icon for only new mails in the
inbox?

I have some alerting mails that are received every 5 mins. I've set a
rule to move them to a folder and mark them as read once received, but
I'm still getting the new mail alert.

Anyway to disable it in this case? I still want the alert for other
mails.
