I'm in the public safety field, and my days off rotate
weekely. How can I set my calendar to show my days off? I
tried looking for the "out of office" category, but I
can't find it; or if I do, it shows me as being
unavailable from 8Am - $PM, when my hours are actually in
the afternoon.

Outlook doesn't handle a rotating schedule - probably the best bet is to
create appointments for the off time showing your time as busy.

Hours are set in the tools, option, calendar - but you'll need to change it
every time your hours charge.
