What I am interested in doing is having a leave request submitted and once
approved having it display in the calendar for the dates requested. I don't
see a way to accomplish this with outlook. If it isn't possible feel free to
let me know but if it is and you can provide me with some direction I would
be most grateful!

Thanks in advance for any help!

You could have an event (eg 3 days leave for Bill) and have the leave
request inserted in it. Insert Item or drag the email into the Event.

This could be done in a Public Calendar Folder so the whole team can see
who's away.

Thanks Judy!

This is a good idea, but it doesn't give me the answer I was hoping for.
The request was for a form in outlook that would handle this task
automatically. I don't see "event" as an option when designing a form. I
thought of perhaps using a task request but I'm not seeing how it would work
either.

Would there be any way to do this other than what you suggested where I
could have a generic public form to make the request then use it to update
the calendar?

Thanks again!
