Greetings Eric,
You have informed us that you are currently using Microsoft Windows XP Home
Edition. Unfortunatly in this circumstance, the Administrator account is not
visible until you boot your system into Safe Mode. Only then will you be able
to access the Administrator account.
To boot your system into Safe Mode, reboot your PC, and as the BIOS detects
your components, press either Esc, Del or F8. You will then be presented with
a screen listing several boot options. Please select Safe Mode from the list
and press Enter. This will boot your PC into Safe Mode and the Administrator
account will be visible alongside your personal account.
